Privacy Notice
We collect only the information needed to coordinate participation and ensure safety. Your name, email, phone number, city, state, and emergency contact details are stored securely and never sold or shared with third parties.
Liability Waiver
By registering, participants acknowledge that walking and related activities carry inherent risk and agree to participate voluntarily, assuming responsibility for their own health and safety.
Photo & Video Release
Participants grant permission for photos and video taken at community events to be used for encouragement, promotion, and ministry storytelling. You may decline this release and still participate fully.
Data-Use Explanation
Registration and progress data is used to coordinate the initiative, calculate community totals, communicate with participants, and recognize achievements. Aggregate statistics may be shared publicly; individual records are not.
Consent for Public Recognition
Leaderboard and recognition displays use only aggregate or anonymized data. Participant names appear only when explicit permission has been granted.
Option to Withdraw
You may withdraw from public recognition at any time by contacting the coordinator. Your participation continues privately without public display.
Protection of Contact Information
Emergency contact information, phone numbers, and email addresses are never displayed publicly or shared with other participants.
Secure Administrator Access
Administrators access records through secure, role-based accounts. Only authorized administrators can view personal details, approve content, or manage partner organizations.
